Saving you more means that if within 30 days of delivery or pick-up you should find the same brand and model currently advertised in a flyer or print ad, on TV or radio, online, or displayed in store by either The Brick or a competitor at a lower price on identical terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid.
Just bring in proof of the lower advertised price, or give us a chance to verify it, and you will be saying, “I just saved more at The Brick.”
The Brick Saves You More on Appliances. At the time of making your purchase, The Brick will match any competitor’s advertised price on the same brand and model on identical terms and conditions. Also, if our price drops within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid.
If, after making your purchase at The Brick, you find the same appliance brand and model advertised at a competitor at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid. Because we believe we should save you more, we will give you an additional 20% of that difference. That’s how The Brick’s Appliance Plus 20 saves you more.
The Brick Saves You More on Mattresses. We know our competitors may not carry identical mattresses, that is why The Brick’s Mattress Plus 10 Guarantee applies to mattresses of the same brand with the same key features made by Canada’s leading manufacturers.
If you find a competitor advertising the same or comparable mattress at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 90 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid.
Because we believe we should save you more, we will give you an additional 10% of the difference. That’s how The Brick’s Mattress Plus 10 saves you more.
The identical item must be new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.
The Brick's Price Guarantee does not apply to as-is, limited quantity, limited time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, to rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, errors, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailor aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
The Price Guarantee only applies to reasonable quantities for personal household use.
Refunds are paid in the same tender with which you paid. For those customers who have purchased using cash as a method of payment, refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds from cash transactions will either be refunded back to your debit card or a refund cheque will be requested on your behalf and be mailed to the address provided.
Deposits (excluding Special Order deposits) are refundable at any time prior to delivery or pick-up of product without any fees or charges. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on debit card or, if the debit holder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to you.
