Bought the frIdge in november 2015 at the brick. Biggest door rack broke in may 2016. Called Brick, they told me its not their responsibility. Wrote to Hisense, no answer. Cooling fan broke in august 2016, on a saturday evening. Called bricked,closed. Called Hisense, closed. Sunday morning, Brick told me they can't do nothing until monday. I called monday morning, but the fan restarted during the morning. Food is all perished. They told me they can't do nothing, the fridge is cooling. Called Hisense to know if they could do something. They proposed to send a tech for tuesday. Good thing,because the fan stopped working again. The tech ordered the fan. He told me it would be 4-5 days... It took 7 weeks! 7 weeks without fridge. Support guy at Hisense proposed me to give the door rack for compensation, since it is not covered by the waranty. He asked me to send a picture to be sure he ships the right rack. Send the pic, no news. Called Hisense, they tell me the rack is not covered by waranty and that they will not send me a rack. Stay awsy from Hisense or Brick.
For the fridge itself, temperature on the door are setpoints, not actual temperature. Disapointing...
