Materials and Construction
Wood Type: Cashew Wood and MDF
Also known as white mahogany, cashew wood is a dense wood that is widely recognized for exhibiting superior quality and durability. It is a fairly hard wood which makes it a great choice in furniture construction. Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an extremely strong and versatile material. It is man-made using heat and pressure to fuse small wood fibres together. The lack of grain creates an even texture and colour, providing a smooth finish to the product.
Wood Finish: Mahogany Veneer
Veneers are created using a thin layer of wood to provide a desirable wood texture and finish. Ripple figuring may occur, creating a unique pattern in the finish. Veneers won’t warp, crack, or split over time. Mahogany wood is straight-grained and reddish-brown in colour. It is prized for its beauty, durability, and colour.
Finish Colour: Espresso
This gorgeous finish brings out the wood character perfectly and easily matches existing colour schemes in your home.
