Returns and Exchanges
When The Brick says we’re Saving You More, we don’t just mean money – we also mean time and frustration.
Whether you purchase a product in-store or online, you can contact us within three days of delivery or pick-up in the rare event your purchase is damaged, defective or not working properly. We’ll help you get your new item repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
All of our products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If the manufacturer does not provide this one-year warranty, The Brick will.
For your complete peace of mind, we recommend you purchase an extended warranty with your new furniture, appliance, mattress or electronic item(s). Warranties are available for most items The Brick sells (excluding accessories), and can save you time, money and worry should something go wrong with your purchase.
Deposits and Refunds
Deposits (excluding Special Order deposits) are refundable at any time prior to the delivery or pick-up of the product(s). Refunds will only be made to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the purchase. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or, if the debit card holder is not present, the payment will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order.
Special orders are not refundable after the product has shipped from the manufacturer.
