If your purchase is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within three days of delivery or pick-up and we will be pleased to assist you with a repair or a replacement. Refunds or reselections will not be offered on your furniture purchase once you have taken possession of your product.
All our products carry a one-year warranty against defects provided by the manufacturer or, where the manufacturer does not provide a one-year warranty, by The Brick.
For complete peace of mind, we recommend you purchase our extended warranty, available on most items we sell (excluding accessories).
If you are not getting a great sleep on your new sleep set, we offer a one-time reselection to a new mattress set within 90 days. If you purchased a mattess protector, we offer the same one time reselection up to 180 days, from the date we delivered your mattress or you picked it up. Should your new mattress selection be of lesser value, the difference will be held for you as in-store credit to be used towards a future mattress or furniture purchase.
Try the sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a comfort guarantee, as it can take time to get used to a new mattress.
Please note: Free delivery applies to your first sleep set only when purchased with your Brick Card and delivery charges apply to mattress/boxspring reselections.
With Appliance Plus, all new major appliances purchased from The Brick come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Contact us within 30 days of your delivery or pick up date and we will assist you in making a one-time reselection of another similar appliance. All our appliances come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Delivery charges apply to all reselections if delivery is required.

The Brick offers a seven day satisfaction policy on home electronics. When purchasing home electronics from The Brick, you can return product in its original, sealed, manufacturer's packaging and resale condition. Please contact us within seven days of the delivery or pick up date and we will be pleased to assist you in making a re-selection or refund.
Brick home electronics come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties are also available.
Satisfaction Guarantees do not apply to furniture items, special orders, made-to-order, customer assembly product (RTA), manufacturer replacement models, adjustable bases, floor model or as-is product. These purchases are considered final sale.
Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows and mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Pillows and mattress pads come with a manufacturer’s warranty, so please ensure you refer to the warranty card insert included in your product for warranty details.
Products covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages, other than any damage that may have been reported, within three days of delivery or pick-up. If needed, The Brick may obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing replacement.
We do not credit delivery charges. Delivery charges will apply to your new selection.
Aeroplan miles apply only on original purchase; Aeroplan miles are not credited on returns or exchanges beyond 30 days of original purchase including The Brick’s Mattress Plus Satisfaction Guarantee.
Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to Commercial or Builder contract pricing
Deposits (excluding Special Order deposits) are refundable at any time prior to delivery or pick-up of product without any fees or charges. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on debit card or, if the debit holder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to you.
Deposits on Special Order or Made to Order products are not refundable after product is shipped from the manufacturer.
Commercial and Builder Contract Orders require a 50% deposit on all purchases. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the product being ordered from the manufacturer. Once product has been ordered from the manufacturer, cancellations of orders (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) will not be allowed and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
