30 Day Price Match Guarantee

If within 30 days of delivery or pick up of your purchase, you find the same brand and model currently advertised in a flyer or print ad, on TV or radio, online, or displayed in store by either The Brick or a competitor at a lower price with identical terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference in the same tender with which you paid.

Just bring us proof of the lower advertised price and give us a chance to verify it.

30 Day Appliance
"Plus 20" Price Guarantee

At the time of your purchase, The Brick will match any competitor’s advertised price on the same brand and model, with identical terms and conditions. Also, if our price drops within 30 days of delivery or pick up of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference in the same tender with which you paid.

If, after making your purchase at The Brick, you find the same appliance brand and model advertised by a competitor at a lower price, with identical terms and conditions, and within 30 days of delivery or pick up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid.

We'll also give you an additional 20% of that difference.

90 Day Mattress
"Plus 10" Price Guarantee

We know our competitors may not carry mattresses identical to ours – that's why The Brick’s Mattress "Plus 10" Guarantee applies to mattresses of the same brand with the same key features made by Canada’s leading manufacturers.

If you have already purchased a mattress or mattress set with the Brick, we have a Price Guarantee for that, too! If you find your same product advertised at a lower price within 90 days of delivery or pick up of your purchase, with identical terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference on the same tender with which you paid. Of course the additional 10% of the difference will be refunded as well!

Price Guarantee Conditions

  • The identical item must be new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars.

  • The Brick's Price Guarantee does not apply to as-is items, limited quantity items, limited time offers, discontinued or exclusive items, rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, errors, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailer aggregator sites, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.

  • The Price Guarantee applies only to reasonable quantities for personal household use.

  • Refunds are processed in the same tender with which you paid. Refunds for purchases made by cash will be refunded on the debit card or, if the cardholder is not present, the refund cheque will be mailed to the person who paid for the order.

Deposits and Refunds

  • Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable without any fees or charges at any time prior to delivery or pick up of product. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card with which the deposit was made. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the debit card or, if the cardholder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order.
