Unique Features
Finished in a grey hue, this piece makes for a timeless addition to any home. Two extra-large storage drawers in the footboard give you a convenient place to tuck away bedside items. Richly detailed headboard panels and drawer fronts bring a traditional touch to your space. Each drawer is built solid using English (front) and French (back) dovetail joints. The felt-lined top drawer offers a luxurious place to keep jewellery and other delicates. Euro-slats offer even support across the bedframe, so no boxspring is required. This bedframe fits a standard queen-size mattress. A solid pine frame adds sturdiness and practical functionality.

Construction Details
Primary Construction & Frame Material	Cherry, Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), Pine, Plywood Cherry wood has a very smooth grain and a durable quality. The rich, reddish-brown colour darkens considerably with age and exposure to sunlight, adding a beautiful accent to your home. Furniture made with pine has a natural, creamy yellow colouring that looks elegant and adds warmth to the home. Pine has a tight grain pattern with a smooth surface to hold finishes well. Plywood provides extra strength to furniture structures, and is used in everything from musical instruments to home construction. By layering each piece to cross the grain of the previous one, plywood is resistant to cracking, shrinking and warping.
Finish Method	Nitrocellulose (NC) Lacquer Originally developed as a substitute for shellac, NC lacquer comes from natural fibres and is combined with other materials to produce a clear finish. This lacquer has exceptional clarity, depth and protective properties.

Drawer Construction	English Dovetailing, French Dovetailing Dovetailing is a woodworking technique commonly used to put drawers together. Tight fitting dovetails resist the wood's natural tendency to twist and warp over time, meaning your drawers will remain functional for as long as you own them. A triangular groove is cut down the length of a board to allow the edge of a second board to slide in. The groove's triangular shape helps keep the pieces together under strain.
