Receive Your Product in Perfect Condition
All of our products carry a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects or, where the manufacturer doesn't provide a one-year warranty, one is provided by The Brick.
The Brick offers an extended warranty on most products we sell. Whether you choose our Protection Plus Plan, or our Full Circle Extended Warranty, we have you covered.
If your product is still in its original sealed packaging, with the exception of As-Is products, special orders (MTO) or sleep accessories, we will return it for a full reselection credit or refund within 7 days of the original delivery or pickup. The Brick retains the right to obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing a return.
We source the best values from around the world and strive for world-class product quality. If your product arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product and we will be happy to assist you. Approved replacements will be for identical product only. Any damages or defects resulting from negligence, misuse or accidents will not be considered for repair or replacement. Once the product packaging has been removed or your product is in an open condition, with the exceptions as noted for mattresses/boxsprings and home décor accessories, we’re unable to offer refunds or reselections.
If you have purchased a Brick SOFI Exclusive product and wish to return it for refund or reselection, you may do so within thirty days. The product must be in “like new” condition. Simply return it to your nearest Brick location. Should you need our fleet team to pick up the product, there would be a pickup/delivery fee. See in store for details.
Sleep Better on our Sleep Sets
If you're not getting a great sleep on your new sleep set, we offer a one-time reselection to a new mattress set within 90 days of pick up or delivery. If you bought a mattress protector with your sleep set, we offer the same one-time reselection up to 180 days from the date your mattress set was delivered or picked up.
If your new mattress selection is of lesser value, we'll hold the difference for you as in-store credit to be used towards a future mattress or furniture purchase.
Adjusting to a new mattress set can take time. The less support your old mattress provided, the longer this may take. For this reason, we ask that you sleep on your new mattress set for 21 days prior to reselecting. If after 21 days you are not happy with your choice, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Free delivery applies only to your first sleep set when purchased with your Brick Visa Desjardins. Delivery charges apply to all mattress set reselections.
Our 90 day or 180 day sleep satisfaction guarantee is not available on floor model and As-Is product.
Creating the Perfect Space
Perfecting your room with finishing touches can really bring a space to life; finding them is a different story. That we are happy to offer a 7 day refund policy on all decorative accessories, art work, area rugs and lamps. Simply return the item to your closest location in the same condition as when you received it within 7 days of the of the original delivery or pick up date, and we will be happy to assist you.
Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions
Satisfaction Guarantees do not apply to open furniture items, open appliance items, open electronics items, special order items, customer assembly items, floor models or As-Is products.
Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Pillows and mattress pads come with a manufacturer warranty, so please refer to the warranty card included in your product for details.
Products covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages, other than damage that may have been reported within two days of delivery or pick up. The Brick may obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing replacement, if necessary.
We do not credit delivery charges. Delivery charges will apply to your reselection.
Satisfaction Guarantees do not apply to commercial and/or builder contract pricing
Deposits and Refunds
Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable without any fees or charges at any time prior to delivery or pick up of the product. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the debit card or, if the cardholder is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order.
Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable after the product is shipped from the manufacturer.
Commercial and builder contract orders require a 50% deposit on all purchases. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the product being ordered from the manufacturer. Once product is ordered from the manufacturer, order cancellations (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) will not be allowed and deposits on such orders are non-refundable.
