An e-commerce Marketplace is a place where you can find a variety of products coming from multiple vendors or shops, all conveniently showcased on the same website.

The Marketplace website is responsible for processing transactions, while the third-party vendor or Marketplace Seller handles the manufacturing, shipping and after-sales service of the purchase.

3. Can I track the progress of my Marketplace items?

   In cart we will provide an estimated shipping time. Once the Marketplace Seller has shipped your items, you will receive an email containing carrier service used and tracking number. You will need to visit the carrier’s website to track your package.

4. I only placed 1 order but received multiple tracking emails, why?

   Each Marketplace item is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.

5. Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?

   Most couriers do not require signature upon delivery. Driver may leave the package at your front door if nobody at home.

6. Will they bring my Marketplace item(s) inside?

   No, carriers will only drop your item(s) at the door.

7. Can I cancel my order once I have made the purchase?

   Once an order is confirmed by vendor as being prepared for shipping, we will be unable cancel the order.

8. Can I return my Marketplace item(s)?

    Shipping charges , if applicable, apply to Marketplace items. These are shipped directly from the Seller via a carrier, to your home.
