The Marketplace website is responsible for processing transactions, while the third-party vendor or Marketplace Seller handles the manufacturing, shipping and after-sales service of the purchase.

   Marketplace products are not available for in store pickup.

3. Can I track the progress of my Marketplace items?

   In cart we will provide an estimated shipping time. Once the Marketplace Seller has shipped your items, you will receive an email containing carrier service used and tracking number. You will need to visit the carrier’s website to track your package.

4. I only placed 1 order but received multiple tracking emails, why?

   Each Marketplace item is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.

5. Will they bring my Marketplace item(s) inside?

   No, carriers will only drop your item(s) at the door.

6. Can I cancel my order once I have made the purchase?

   Once an order is confirmed by vendor as being prepared for shipping, we will be unable cancel the order.

7. Can I return my Marketplace item(s)?

8. How are shipping costs calculated?

   Shipping cost varies by Marketplace seller. Shipping is calculated based on the origin and shipping locations of the product, and the weight and size of the item.

9. Why do I see both a Shipping and Delivery Charge in my cart?

   Shipping charges , if applicable, apply to Marketplace items. These are shipped directly from the Seller via a carrier, to your home.

   Delivery charges are applied to products, which are delivered by our Brick Fleet Service.
