This Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”), for customers to enter at all Brick retail stores across Canada (“Store”). An Entrant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

1. HOW TO ENTER:

The Contest Schedule hereunder sets out each scheduled Game Date of the 2025 Major League Baseball (MLB) Post Season World Series. If You finalize a sale of product at any Brick Store on a specified Game Date, using any payment method, before 8:00 pm EDT (“Game Time”), You will be automatically entered to Win Your Purchase, up to $10,000.00, if the Toronto Blue Jays win their baseball game on that Game Date. Example: if You buy product on October 24, you can Win Your Purchase on that day only. If you purchase product on October 26, 2025, You are not eligible to Win Your Purchase for the Game Date on October 27, 2025.

No purchase necessary method (“NPM”) of entry:

To enter the Contest without purchase, You must attend any Brick location to scan the exclusive Contest QR code on a Game Date for that Game Date only. You may enter once each Game Date. A sales associate will direct You to a QR code that will take You to the online entry ballot. You must complete and submit the online entry (“Entry/Entries”).

The Contest will run from Store opening on October 24, 2025, until 8:00 p.m EST on November 1, 2025 or until the World Series has been won. A complete list of stores and store hours can be found on The Brick’s website (https://www.thebrick.com/pages/store-locator)

Each draw shall be conducted on the Draw Date posted within the Contest Schedule (“Draw Date”) to obtain a winner who made a purchase before Game Time on each Game Date.

Odds of winning Your purchase depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted during each Game Date in the Contest Schedule. Odds decrease as the number of Entries increase.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside, on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

3. PRIZE:

There are a total of up to four (4) Prize to be won.

If the Toronto Blue Jays win the game on the Game Date listed below, the winner will win their purchase up to $10,000.00 CAD.

The Brick will NOT refund any warranties, administration fees for deferring payment on a Brick Card, or delivery fees.

Total cumulative value of all prizes is up to $40,000.00 CAD.

An NPM winner will receive: $2,500.00 CAD.

4. DRAW PROCEDURES:

On each Draw Date in the Contest Schedule, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate office in Edmonton, Alberta, will use a program to extract the Contact Information of all eligible Entries that have been submitted during that Game Date, then draw and record two (2) Entries to obtain one (1) winner (“Eligible Winner”). The additional entry drawn is a back-up entry in the event that the initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or is unable to complete the skill-testing question (“Alternate Winner”).

The Brick representative will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner via the Entrant’s Contact Information after the Draw Date. If an Eligible Winner cannot be reached by this contact method or has not contacted The Brick within three (3) days of The Brick leaving messages to do so (“Contact Date”), then that person will be disqualified, and The Brick shall proceed to contact the Alternate Winner.

5. DECLARING A WINNER:

An Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Have kept their purchase. Should an Eligible Winner cancel their purchase at any time prior to delivery, they forfeit their Prize;

2. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;

3. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and

4. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to contact the next Alternate Winner, and so on until one person has been contacted and deemed eligible according to the Contest Rules.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. This Contest is not endorsed or sponsored by the Toronto Blue Jays, Major League Baseball (MLB), the American League (AL), or any of their partners or affiliates.

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
