Amendments to Quebec Consumer Protection Act - Bill 29

Elements International Group, as the importer and distributor of its products, partially guarantees the availability of replacement parts.

• Spare parts that are easily assembled by the customer and whose assembly does not compromise the structural integrity of the product (for example, drawer knobs, handles, or hardware kits) are generally available at no charge to the retailer or consumer when reported within the applicable warranty period.
• Major furniture components (such as case panels, drawer boxes, or side walls) are not stocked as spare parts. If these items are damaged, they are handled through the product’s warranty as a full replacement item, subject to availability and warranty conditions.
