However, Gentec International does provide post-sales support for many of the products we sell in Canada, in conjunction with the manufacturer, and can support customers with their service needs in French using our internal resources. We provide repair, replacement parts, or unit exchange solutions both in and out of warranty where possible through Gentec International or authorized service partners.
