Each Direct Ship product is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.
Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?
We require a signature at the door. A person over 18 years must be home to sign for the shipment.

We offer 7 day unopened returns for refund and 48 hours to report damages.
